Brushes by Karen (BBK) “February Love is in the air” Giveaway Rules!
Eligibility: To participate in the giveaway, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Contest is open worldwide. No purchase is necessary.
Employees of Brushes by Karen, and immediate family members are ineligible for participation.
Incomplete or illegible entries, or entries received after commencement of drawing, are not eligible.
By following us on Instagram and liking our giveaway post or liking us on facebook and liking our giveaway post – you are automatically entered.
Drawing: There will be 3 winners. Drawing entries will be until February 28th, 2017 at 5pm EST.
A random drawing of 3 eligible entries will be held the following month and winners will be announced on the Brushes by Karen facebook and instagram page.
BBK assumes no responsibility for unanticipated delays in holding such drawing.
BBK will ship the prize(s) to the winner(s) without charge for shipping and handling within 30 days of each winner
being selected. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide a correct mailing address that will be used for the shipping, once notified. If the mail should not be deliverable and or is returned to us additional mailing may incur a shipping charge. Clients outside of the USA will be responsible for any custom duties and clearance that may occur. Entrants may win only once during each giveaway. The odds of winning each drawing depend on the number of valid entries received for that drawing.
Entries: Entries must be completed and submitted between contest start and the contest end date as posted. All entries related comments become the property of Brushes by Karen and will not be returned. No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, misdirected or late entries.
Prizes: The prize description, approximate retail value and identity are listed below. Prizes provided “as-is”.
You cannot transfer a winning entry, or request a substitute prize or redeem a prize for cash value.
Prize: One of each palette, plus 18 tester pan shadows Approx. Retail Value: $400.00+
Publicity: By submitting an entry and winning a prize, you provide authorization for Brushes by Karen, Inc. to
disclose any information you provided and an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual license to use your name and photo for the commercial purpose of promoting this giveaway and Brushes by Karen in any and all media without any
consideration to you for the submission of your entry.
Winning Entrants: Brushes by Karen reserves the exclusive right to determine whether each entry meets all
requirements to claim the applicable prize. Any taxes associated with winning are the sole responsibilities of the winners.
